That why we have made a free returns and exchange policy. If you find that the item you bought is not the right size or is not what you expected, let us know. We are here to help.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email notifying us of the problem to sales@saphora.com.au. Once we receive your email we will send out a reply-paid envelope. Using this envelope return the item(s) to the below address.
Products must be in original condition; unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. No refund or exchange will be offered for products that have tags removed, or have been worn or washed.
We reserve the change our terms and conditions at any time.
For all RETURNS we require:
- Copy of invoice
- Your name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Reason for return
For EXCHANGES please also add:
- the item (including size) you wish to exchange it for
